Police say they were targeting rival gang members. Lebar was arrested while hiding out in Florida. Archa was arrested in November, on a charges relating to a stolen car.
Archa was also the primary suspect in last summer's murder investigation of a 15-year old Fresno girl.
Destinee Ortiz was shot and killed August eighth at a party. Police suspected Archa in the murder --but he was never charged. Archa was released a few weeks later for a lack of evidence in the case.
