The Bulldog senior has already missed two of the past three games.
O'Neil missed Wednesday night's contest while coping with a death in the family -- that was a week after serving a one-game suspension for arguing with the coaching staff following a loss to Nevada.
Fresno State is still investigating this situation -- the Bulldogs play host to first place Utah State Saturday night.
