Funeral services are at 1:00pm Friday afternoon at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Visalia. Burial will follow at the Exeter Cemetery.
A memorial fund has been set up with the Tulare County Deputy Sheriff's Benevolent Association in honor of Hernandez. You can send donations to the Tulare County Federal Credit Union.
