Downtown property owners who join the P-Bid would pay an assessment fee that would go to an improvement fund. Property owners would then decide how that money is spent, whether it should go for security, signage or even parking improvements.
The P-Bid is expected to generate between $250,000 to $750,000 dollars every year.
