Wrong Way Driver on HWY 168

Fresno, CA Officers caught up to her at Shaw and Chestnut around 1:15 Friday morning. They said the 18-year-old driver got on eastbound 168 going the wrong way.

Officers said just before Herndon, she ran another driver off the road. No one was hurt. The driver was arrested.
