They killed 33-year-old Richard Cervantes and injured two girls, including a teenager.
That was at 1:45 a.m. and about nine hours later, Clovis Police arrested Alejandro Paz and Vincent Ramirez.
Police cleared out all signs of the crime by this afternoon after working through the night to follow leads.
Investigators said the suspects were losing in a fistfight against the victim, but they pulled out gun and started shooting.
Both Paz and Ramirez have been booked on murder charges.
