Easter At Woodward Park

April 12, 2009 12:00:00 AM PDT
Many people had to park outside of Fresno's Woodward Park Sunday because of the large crowds. And once inside, they celebrated Easter with barbecues and egg hunts.

For many families gathering at the city's parks is an annual Easter tradition.

Woodward Park was packed with people of all ages this afternoon... As they played volleyball, hunted for eggs, and just relaxed with family.

Fresno's parks will stay open until 10:00 p.m. tonight. But they may close to vehicles from time to time throughout the day, as parking spots fill up.
