If you put a premium on personal craftsmanship, there's a website to give you a hand. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Site Seeing: www.ETSY.com

In this week's Site Seeing, a place for those who want to buy and sell goods with that home-made touch.

Everybody has a hobby of some sort and if yours involves handicrafts, check out ETSY.com. The site is like an ebay for buying and selling all things handmade. And when we say all things we're talking house wares, art, clothing, quilts, toys and even a section called everything else.

If you want to use the site: first click the register tab at the top right of the homepage to get started. Although, for those interested in selling their hard work beware. Your username will also be your shop's name and it's not easy to change it.

Once that's done and you have set up your profile and you can begin exploring.

There's a lot to look at according to the site. In the four years since its launch, more than one hundred thousand people have opened up their own ETSY.com online shop. Perhaps that's one hundred thousand people with a few extra bucks in their pocket.
