42 year old middle school teacher /*Refugio Soltero*/ was arrested Friday afternoon. He's wanted in a case out of /*San Bernardino County*/.
Soltero has been a teacher at Parlier Middle School for more than a year now. He taught history and other classes.
Investigators aren't revealing much about the allegations he's facing. We do know he was arrested on campus Friday.
He's been charged with a sex act on a person under the age of fourteen, and has been transferred down to San Bernardino County, news of his arrest drew strong reaction on campus.
/*Parlier Unified*/ has placed Soltero on paid administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation.
