The party also included a traditional Mexican meal served in the museum's courtyard. 350 tickets were sold to for this year's brunch which has become one of the museum's biggest events.
"This is a tradition for a lot of people in the area. Some of the people have been coming for all of 11 years. And of course, then we get new people. Toward the end it becomes a free for all, people are fighting over the tickets. So that makes us happy, people are anxious to come," said Arte Americas Executive Director Grace Solis.
The museum is now gearing up for its annual 'Night's In The Plaza'. The summer music fest begins May 29th.
