Bizarre High Speed Chase in Sacramento

Fresno, Calif. Police eventually used the "pit maneuver" to spin the car out. You can see the driver get out of the car and lie on the ground in her bathing suit.

It's unknown why she was dressed that way. Police said the woman was drunk.

In an interview with a Sacramento TV station, the driver said she was driving so fast because she wanted to bring her dog back home.

The condition of the dog is also unknown.
