Fresno, CA Investigators say Colleen Hauser took her son to L.A. when they were supposed to be in court arguing that Daniel shouldn't have to get chemo for his hodgkin's lymphoma.

Doctors say the cancerous tumor in Daniel's chest has a 90 percent chance of killing him without chemo.

His family prefers natural healing methods, but his last exam showed he was getting worse. The American cancer society says there are dozens of clinics in Mexican border towns that attract cancer patients looking for alternative remedies.
