Hook Family Memorial Service

Fresno, CA Jets flew over the Fallon Naval Air Station where Luther Hook was based. They remembered the captain as a role model for his love of the country, and of people, especially his family.

Bee Siqueiros, friend of Luther Hook said, "He loved his family he loved his wife he loved his kids he was just a god-loving man."

Kaitlyn, Rachel, and Mackenzie Hook also died in the crash when their plane went down just short of the Fallon airport last weekend.

Friends of the family here in the valley washed cars today to help pay for local services.

They funneled cars into the parking lot at Jefferson Elementary and the support was strong, both from volunteers and from people getting their cars washed.

Will Anderson, family friend said, "The thing about Clovis is, especially Clovis Elementary, Clark, and Clovis high, we are a family from top to bottom and so we all come together in a lot of different things."

The car wash raised more than $2,000 dollars for funeral expenses.

The family has planned a celebration of life for Monday at 6 PM at People's Church in Fresno.
