Williams runs a company called "/*American Fire Protection*/". He and Speck allegedly wore uniforms with patches similar to those worn by fire department staff, giving the impression that they were from the fire department.
They're also accused of posing as fire marshals and threatening to close down businesses if not allowed to do an inspection and make subsequent repairs.
