Brian Kenney Fresno Concert

Fresno, CA Brian Kenney Fresno is a one-man band.

His 12-hour concert Sunday at Audie's Olympic is free to the public, which he says is an invitation for unemployed people to attend.

His music has been featured on the Doctor Demento show, and it's mostly about the San Joaquin Valley, but it's really more performance art than music.

Brian Kenney Fresno, Performance Artist-Crooner said, "My music doesn't really fall into any sort of genre because I go all over the place stylistically, but I describe it as modern rock folk tales, myths and urban legends of the absurd, mostly about Fresno. And whenever I say 'Fresno', we all say 'woo' and eat the raisins in a group experience."

Kenney is playing more than 100 songs today.

His concert goes on until midnight and he says he'll be giving out prizes to anyone who stayed for the whole show.
