Every parent at one time or another can feel overwhelmed. But now there's a new service to help parents cope.A special call number was inspired by tragedies such as the death of Seth Ireland, the Fresno boy who police say was killed by his mother's boyfriend.

New United Way billboards say "Parents, do you need a break? Call 211 for help." They are in English and Spanish and strategically placed in certain parts of Fresno.

They were inspired by the beating death of Seth Ireland 6 months ago, Police say at the hands of his mother and her boyfriend. Investigators said the couple tried to drop him off at the county jail because they couldn't handle him, but that didn't happen.
