Now, a Fresno non profit wants to host a Clovis Criterium series during Labor Day weekend.
The first day of the race will take place in an undeveloped area at Harlan Ranch, while the second day will feature a race in old town.
The city is also trying to bring the Amgen Tour back to Clovis, for the second straight year.
