Thursday is the fourth day of testimony. Hawk is on trial for the murder of his ex-wife Debbie even though her body has not been found. Prosecutors say he killed Debbie after she learned he was stealing from their children's trust funds.
Thursday, the jury is being shown pictures of the alleged crime scene at Debbie Hawk's house. Wednesday, one of Debbie Hawk's neighbors testified she woke up to the sound of screaming at 2:00 a.m. on the night Debbie disappeared in 2006.
She described it as a "death cry."
