'Dogs Work On Defense

Pat Hill wants his defensive unit to be better than it was last season.In 2008 the defense was one of the worst in the nation against the run -- allowing over 200-yards per game on the ground.

Takeaways were also hard to come by -- the Bulldogs managed just five interceptions and eight fumble recoveries a season ago.

This year the dogs say they're committed to limiting the big play with a goal of forcing three turnovers a game.
