Protestors Arrested At U.C. Regents Meeting

More than a dozen people were arrested at a U.C. Board of Regents meeting in San Francisco.                  |   Watch Video Above for Extended Coverage   |

They were protesting a proposed 32 percent fee hike that would affect students at all University of California Campuses.

Students at U.C. Merced say the increase would put too much of a burden on them, and possibly keep other Valley students from getting a U.C. education at all.

The board is set to vote on the proposal in November.
