Merced, CA A group of supporters marched to the meeting at the civic center together, carrying signs touting the jobs the warehouse would bring to the area.

Several opponents of the plan also attended the public hearing. They spoke about the traffic and air quality issues, they believe, would come along with the one point one million square foot facility.

Another public hearing will be held at the civic center on Saturday from nine- am to noon. And the city council is expected to vote on the proposal Monday.
