Three Drug Busts on I-5 Net Over $1-Million in Drugs Seized

Three recent drug busts on Interstate Five resulted in more than a million dollars worth of drugs being seized.The CHP showed off the narcotics seized within the last week. Officers confiscated ten pounds of crystal meth and 12 bricks of cocaine and 41 pounds of ecstasy pills.

The busts began as traffic stops for minor violations on I-5 in Fresno and Kings County. Canine officers eventually found the drugs.

At 63-thousand pills, officers say it's the biggest ecstasy bust they've ever seen. All three people arrested are from southern California.
