Bob Hoe says his students told him there were people on campus who were not students-- he says he went to the principal, who then placed the school on lockdown.
Hoe said, "I'd like to take full credit for it but I only did what I hope any teacher would do at Fresno High is intervene and I'd like to credit the student body for having enough trust in us to come to us to keep them safe."
Fresno Police say the young man with the gun was a juvenile and has been booked into Juvenile Hall.
