Fresno Bank Robbery Suspect Arrested

October 16, 2009 12:00:00 AM PDT
The man wanted for allegedly robbing a Fresno bank, then robbing the same bank again just days later, has been arrested. Michael Minjarez has been charged in both of those robberies as well as a bank robbery in Madera and two other hold-ups.

Investigators believe he's the man in surveillance photos from a United Security Bank in North Fresno.

The bank was robbed at gunpoint on September 25. Three days later bank employees said the same man returned to the bank and held up the place again.

No one was hurt in the robberies and it's unclear how much cash the gunman got away with.
