Target wants shoppers to bring their own bags

Fresno, CA The nation's fifth largest retailer announced Monday that it will give customers a 5 cent discount for every reusable bag they bring to pack up their purchases.

The program begins November 1st and comes at a time when retailers are getting pressure from environmentalists to be more eco-friendly.
