Officers say their investigation led them to an apartment where they found three bags of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, weapons and sports collectible cards.
Officers arrested two men and two women. Two of the people were on probation.
Officers said there were also three children in the apartment between the ages 3 and 10. The children were taken into child protective custody.
There were also several dogs which are now with the S.P.C.A.
