"The design of the bed and the age of the child being that young prohibited the child from correcting itself to a supine - face up - position ... Where the airway was not obstructed," said Medical Examiner's Investigator Eddie Reeves.

The recall came up after a Georgia investigators said it led to the death of a four-month-old girl.
This latest recall comes just weeks after drop-side cribs and baby strollers were recalled because of their own safety dangers.
