The players, coaches, family members and fans all met near the football stadium early this morning to board buses headed to the airport.

The team appeared relaxed and confident heading into Saturday's matchup with Wyoming.

This is just a regular game like it would be during the season. Just have to treat it like that and just play football," said Running Back Ryan Matthews.

This is the second straight year the Dogs will be playing in the New Mexico Bowl. Last year the Dogs lost to Colorado State 40 to 35.

The 2009 New Mexico Bowl is Saturday at 1:30 pacific time. It will be broadcast on ESPN.

Bowl officials say they've already sold 22,000 tickets.
