Police say one of the teens was armed with a weapon when they carjacked the woman and took her to a bank and forced her to take money out of her account.
Police say the teens then kicked the woman out of her car and drove off.
Officers found the woman's car and arrested the two teens in the Goshen area.
Police say the teens are also suspected of another carjacking from a week ago.
