Parents Used Kids to Steal from Store in SoCal

Police in Southern California are looking for the suspects in a bizarre robbery ... parents who apparently used their children to help steal. On the surveillance video, it looks like just a mother shopping with her children. But what happens next is a shocker.

The two little boys go behind the counter and start pulling money out of the registers. The mother can then be heard instructing the children to hide the cash.

Later, the children can be seen taking shirts and walking past the detectors at the front of the store, to see if they go off.

The speed and ease in which they all work together has authorities thinking they're pros.

Sgt. Dennis Clark with the L.A. County Sheriff's Department said, "It's either been done several times before or they've practiced it in the past." The adults face multiple felony charges when they're caught ... in addition to child endangerment.
