They say Aguirre and some friends were standing outside near a motor home park when a van drove by, turned around and stopped near the men. Someone inside the van shot Aguirre.
Investigators say it could be gang related. They say Aguirre another man had an ongoing conflict.
Detectives say they have several people of interest identified, but nobody is in custody yet.
