4 Alabama Women Burned to Death

HOOVER, Ala. The victims were among several people who called 911 to report the fire at a Days Inn.

Firefighters knew the four women were trapped in their second story room, but couldn't get to them because of the flames.

The fire burned more than 25 units at the hotel, but everyone else got out safely.

The local fire department is asking for help from state and federal investigators to figure out how the fire started.
