In Southwest Fresno, AT&T crews are working to repair several downed phone lines in the area of Marks and California. 12-houses in the area are without service right now.
AT&T said five poles were knocked over or sheared off just before 2 p.m. Monday afternoon. A few blocks away on Kearney and Marks, crews cleared trees that had fallen in the road. People in the area have reported a loss of power.
