Clovis meth dealer arrested, in possession of taser

FRESNO, Calif. When officers pulled David Richmond over Tuesday night, they say he was carrying $7,000 in cash, and about a gram of meth.

At Richmond's Clovis home, investigators confiscated scales and drug packaging material in the garage.

Richmond has been booked into the Fresno County Jail for possession of methamphetamine for sale, and for being a felon and drug addict in possession of a taser.

Police arrested two others in connection to this bust, one on a drug warrant, and the second on a traffic warrant.
