Man set on fire in Visalia

FRESNO, Calif. Police say 66-year-old Ronald Brown and the 47-year-old victim got into an argument over a woman Wednesday afternoon in Brown's garage.

The confrontation escalated and police say that's when Brown poured a flammable liquid on the victim and then set him on fire.

Brown now faces arson and attempted murder charges.

The victim suffered burns to his face, neck and arms, but his injuries aren't considered to be life threatening.
