Teens can win cash and prizes for coming up with songs, videos and other ways to inform their friends about the dangers of texting while driving.
It's the creation of "Impact Teen Drivers", a public awareness and education program. The organization is also trying to build support for what it calls "Star 65".
Representatives from "Impact Teen Drivers" say they're still trying to get the major cell phone carriers onboard with "Star 65".
There's also a competition for kids to create a phone application for "Star 65."
