Investigators say the crash happened after Fresno Police tried to pull them over in nearby Calwa. The driver wouldn't stop, so the Police Department brought out its helicopter to follow the car.
The three people inside suffered scrapes and bruises and were taken to the hospital.
Now the driver is facing felony charges for attempting to evade arrest.
