A Fresno County judge ordered Morse to serve 15 days in the Fresno County Jail and to serve 100-hours of community service.
Morse admitted in court to operating his clinic at least two times since the March 19th court order, and serving no community service. He previously claimed police couldn't arrest him because he's within his right to sell medical marijuana at his dispensary.
Morse's brother, Brandon, told Action News he will re-open the dispensary at noon, Friday.
