They say he distributed thousands of images and videos of child porn on the internet. While Miller's age may be shocking to some, investigators say arrests like this still happen all too often.
Det. Kevin Wiens with the Fresno County Sheriff's Office said, "All walks of life, all ages really. We really don't have a set type of individuals we investigate. I'd like to say that they do surprise us, but unfortunately, we haven't been surprised."
Miller was booked into the Fresno County Jail on a federal arrest warrant and appeared in court for the first time Wednesday. If convicted, he faces a minimum of 15-years in prison.
