Joseph Mendez was killed last weekend, after investigators say he was ambushed by as many as ten other young men in the parking lot of a quinceanera party.
Fresno County Sheriff's Detectives arrested a sixteen-year-old from Kerman Wednesday ... and have booked him on murder charges.
Detectives say he's part of the same gang as the five other teens arrested Tuesday.
Officials also say they believe the attack was planned because the tires on Mendez's car were flattened to prevent him from trying to get away.
