Sylvia Garay, Stephanie Cordoba and Vanessa Gonzalez -- all died when their overturned SUV was hit by a Greyhound bus. The CHP says Garay was driving drunk at the time.

Friends of the young women say they were hanging out at the Starline Grill -- not long before the accident.

The California Highway Patrol and Alcoholic Beverage Control agents are looking into where the women got their alcohol before the crash.

The Starline owner, Steve Lapari says he had a dozen security officers working last Wednesday night to make sure no one under 21 was drinking.

Lapari says he strictly enforces all rules, especially when it comes to alcohol consumption. "Our whole focus is simply to stay in business minors cannot be served. Besides the fines, it's wreckless. We just don't wanna go there. Never had, never will."

Alcoholic Beverage Control officers say Starline has never received any disciplinary action for violating ABC rules.
