It happened just after 2 a.m. Tuesday morning at Millburn and Yale in West-Central Fresno.
Fresno Police say the driver of a white Ford Taurus lost control of his car and drove through a front yard of a home, hitting a white Honda Accord. The driver ended up crashing through a nearby fence and into the garage of the home next door.
Police say the driver smelled like alcohol and they arrested him on the scene.
The accident also left the West Central Fresno neighborhood without electricity Tuesday morning. PG&E crews responded to the scene to restore power.
