The City of Visalia will operate its transit center, located at Oak and Floral as a cooling center. The transit center will be open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday.
Sierra Vista Mall in Clovis will open when temperatures hit 103 or above.
The City of Fresno will also reopen their cooling centers Tuesday. They usually open when the temperature reaches 105 degrees. And Fresno Unified tells Action News all outdoor sports practices have been cancelled Tuesday.
