The CHP says Sanchez passed out in the road at Peach and Washington around 1:30 a.m. and then, two separate cars ran him over and kept going. One driver later returned and called for help.
About fifty friends and family members held a candlelight vigil at the crash site to remember Sanchez ... and demand answers.
The CHP is still working to determine how Sanchez died. The coroner is also performing a toxicology report to see if he was under the influence of any substances.
