Relatives say his father gave him his first cigarette when he was just 18 months old and that he would throw temper tantrums every time they tried to stop him from lighting up.
Since then, a psychologist has taken the child into his own home and says he's stopped asking for cigarettes.
The psychologist says offering the young child other activities--including playing and drawing--has helped him fight the urge.
