A 50-year-old gas pipe is at the center of the investigation into last week's deadly explosion in San Bruno.

The incident has leaders around the state taking a closer look at the safety of other aging pipes. And one of the top concerns is at a jail in the South Valley.

The Tulare County Correctional Center at Sequoia Field was built in the thirties and houses 240-inmates and staff.

While the gas lines are replaced -- the facility has to be cleared out. The project will take about 6 months.
