A local news agency says the 1-year-old boy was sleeping with his mother in the bushes, and she didn't know he woke up.
The infant climbs down the curb and sits on the road, just a few feet from traffic. One truck driver slowed down enough to stop traffic. Then, the baby's mother rushes out to scoop him up.
The baby was not hurt. Police detained and questioned the mother.
