Amanda Hooley and Valerie Martinez - plus eleven of their friends and family members -- were arrested Wednesday night during an undercover sting operation.
CVS corporate employees noticed the store lost $117 thousand dollars worth of merchandise over the last six months.
They determined that while Hooley and Martinez were working alone in the store, they would let people they knew come in and take whatever they wanted.
Sgt. Candido Alvarez said, "Within that one hour time span approx $4700 worth of merchandise was stolen while we were doing the surveillance."
The thirteen suspects are being held on felony charges for conspiracy to commit commercial burglary.
