Diane Medellin, 40, is accused of trying to intimidate a witness. She's the wife of the suspect accused of killing Hector Orozco Jr.
Orozco was stabbed to death Thursday night in a fight at the Sierra Vista apartments in southeast Fresno.
Two weeks ago, a Fresno police officer shot Orozco twice after he believed the 25-year-old was reaching for a weapon.
Orozco was not seriously hurt in the shooting. On Friday police arrested Diane's husband, Dean Medellin on murder charges.
