A mortgage modification marathon is taking place this weekend at the Cal Expo Center. Sunday was the third day of the five day event.
The program is sponsored by the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America. The event runs through Tuesday and is free to the public.
Here's what you need...
1. Proof of income, the last 30 days of paystubs.
2. If you're self employed the last 6 months of bank statements also, your most recent mortgage statement.
3. Proof of homeowners insurance and your property tax bill.
